YAG pulse laser welding machine is a precision welding equipment based on solid laser. It uses pulse xenon lamp as pump source to excite Nd:YAG crystal to produce pulse laser with 1064nm wavelength. Its working principle is to focus high-energy laser pulse on the surface of the workpiece, locally melt the material to form a molten pool, and realize non-contact welding. The welding parameters (frequency, pulse width, energy) can be precisely controlled by PLC or industrial computer.
