Robotic laser welding machine is an automated equipment that integrates industrial robots with laser welding technology. It uses high-energy laser beams (wavelength 1064nm or 1070/1080nm) to melt metal to achieve precision welding. Its core principle is that the laser is transmitted to the focusing mirror through optical fiber, forming a high-temperature molten pool on the surface of the workpiece, and forming a high-strength weld after cooling. The robot body realizes complex trajectory welding in three-dimensional space through multi-axis linkage (usually more than 6 axes), and integrates a visual positioning system to correct the path in real time to ensure accuracy.
